Image: Spotlight on the Arts 2021 Presented by the UGA Arts Council, the University of Georgia will be celebrating the 10th Spotlight on the Arts Festival throughout the month of November. The festival will feature dozens of events and exhibitions in the visual, literary and performing arts. This year's festival, scheduled for November 1-30 will include both virtual and in-person performances and exhibitions.
